Hope somebody may shed some light on what is required to offer diving onboard a charter vessel in Indonesia and PNG. The vessel will have all the equipment as well as a dive master, I am enquiring if there are any further requirements in regards to licences to offer diving on the charter vessel or does it all come down to insurance?
