Who all is with me? Starting tomorrow I'm going back to the gym at least 3-4 times per week and eating more appropriately. I'm darn sick and disgusted of not being in at least decent shape. I'll post a pic Thursday as well as every week or 2 thereafter to keep myself honest. I'll post it on the Thursday weigh in thread. Anyone else is welcome to join me. I think the pictures help because if I'm working out 3-4 times per week then my body will likely show more differences than the scale. Good luck all. Post them weights and pics this week.
