Who all is with me? Starting tomorrow I'm going back to the gym at least 3-4 times per week and eating more appropriately. I'm darn sick and disgusted of not being in at least decent shape. I'll post a pic Thursday as well as every week or 2 thereafter to keep myself honest. I'll post it on the Thursday weigh in thread. Anyone else is welcome to join me. I think the pictures help because if I'm working out 3-4 times per week then my body will likely show more differences than the scale. Good luck all. Post them weights and pics this week. I need to get back into it. The last two weeks have been rough on me. To much stress, has had me eating more and not working out. clothes are starting to get tighter. :(

Count me in, too! When I joined the Fitness Challenge last year, I immediately lost 10 #'s, and then have played with the same 3 #'s for the last 6 months. I'm ready to stop playing and be done with those 3 for good!
