I'd be interested, but it would need to be duing spring break at CSU, which is a week or 2 later. I'm tied to the teaching schedule.

Also, just got back from a tropical dive trip, but I'm not sure whether it satiated or whetted my appetite!

We would welcome the chance to dive with you guys!

It is a possibility. I would need to drive out because I have some stuff out there I need to bring back.

We'd be up for it, but not until after mid April unfortunately. Got a new puppy which we can't board until mid-March, and we've got a Bahamas trip scheduled for the end of March.

I would love to go too, but it would need to be during spring break. :)

Sound like a great time, and I haven't dove in Kelp before. But, I'll be on my way back from Bonaire at that time.

I'm not familiar with Wrinkles, but a quick check of the link shows they have a dive every month. Is there something special with the March dive? Or could we maybe try for a different month - instead of or in addition to?

Wrinkles is doing a Catalina weekend on March 8th and March 9th.

I've been wanting to dive S. CA for a long time, so who is interested?

I've posted on the Matrix site to get additional info on diving rates, etc. No sure if I'd fly or drive.... I guess it somewhat depends on if there is interest in the Denver area, and what they may want to do. I'd be up for a road trip, and it would provide some benefits. OTOH, one would have to carry their tanks onto a ferry with all the other JUNK, and I've read that some CA folks just rent to avoid that hassle.

In any event.. whatdoyaallthink?

Hi RonFrank (and the rest of the Rocky Mountain Oysters),
if you want to have a "feeling" on how it looks like diving the Underwater Park of Casino Point in Catalina, you could check out our "virtual dive" of Casino Point from your home ..... right now ... (yes ... there is a detailed 3D map of the park too) .... with our new service www.ediving.us that we are beta testing right now.

See you at the Park

Been there, would go back in a minute. Cold water but a way cool dive. Kelp is almost as awesome as the friendly Garibaldis and sea bass.
