Just wondering if there would be any interest in taking an OFWF trip to Les Escoumins 3 1/2hrs north of Quebec City. which makes it about 10 hours away from the rest of us.

Les Escoumins is the point in which the St Lawrence river turns into the Atlantic ocean. so it's saltwater/freshwater mix and cold! 2C year around apparently. there is lots of fish and sealife like anenomes and nudibranches apparently. I read rumours on some websites that the lodge onsite is being reopened by Parks Canada on Jun 25.

well I'll be going up there for sure sometime in July. if anyone wants to share gas

I might be up for the trip... there would be a few more as well that have dove the area alot

I might be up too i have done it last year and i know the place since i am from quebec city. My boyfriend dove there for many years. Its actually real nice cold but nice. I 've done it in a wetsuit but this time it will be drysuit for sure!!!

It would depend on when in July, exactly, as I have several balls in the air at this time. I would tend to think I won't be able to tag along, fun though it sounds...... if anything changes I'll let you know.

PS. Art, which ship is that in your avatar? I'm not accustomed to recognizing them above water........... :D
