I don't order much on-line, LDS is flexible enough to earn my business,, but

I ordered a set of fins on line, and ordered the wrong ones.

I returned them for the correct ones, and paid only the difference in price,
THEY pick up the shipping to get the right ones to me, even though it was my mistake

For that, they deserve a chance at my business.

And why not? My father had a rule about selling: Treat the $5 customer as you would the $500 customer because tomorrow the $5 customer might be the $500 customer.
