Just checked my 3.3' Halcyon SMB and it has a very small hole on one of the sides (when rolled up). It appears to just be due to wear (as opposed to being pricked).

Any suggestions on how/if I can patch it? Thanks.

Thanks, Brian. I'll look to pick some up, but if AS will work as well, I might just use that this time around (since I have some already). I'm assuming MG can be found at most boating stores? Appreciate the suggestion!

Since the OPV is right there, I would get some glue on the inside too. Make sure to thin the Aqua Seal so it penetrates better. Plus a quick wipe with cleaner like MEK or Acetone to prep the surface.

Well, if you already have the AS, use that :)

If you ever run out and have a bigger job like pockets, the MG is the way to go IMO.

I saw on TDS the guy suggesting Marine 5200 (or 4200), that would work too but the cure time is long (24+ hours) and it's ultra sticky, messy, and hard to clean up. But you could build a boat out of it :D

Lol. Appreciate all the advice. I used some AS I had, but will look to pick up some of these other products for bigger jobs.
