No, not recent.
Work was still underway this last April, and it had been for some time. Christi had posted some details over a year ago, and yes, going to re-open.
So --- depending on when your trips are scheduled ----:)

It's been closed for renovations for a long time now. I'm sure it'll reopen, but can't say what year.
