Last minute trip to Coz in November... looking for suggestions

Gracias! Pescaderia San Carlos was excellent. Best meal I've had in Coz so far (I'm usually partial to fresh fish over meat). Now that we've successfully covered good seafood, any reccommendations for good flan or pastel de tres leches?

There's a person who sells excellent flan (and tamales) in the square in the afternoons but never has enough for all that want it. The small cart is on the west side of Ave. 5 just north of the clock tower -- usually before you get to the El Tiburon hot dog guy. Some of the bakeries have good flan -- that's one to ask the folks in the dive shop about. Same "ask a local" advice goes for tres leches cake.

Hope you're having a good trip. When's your last day to dive Cozumel? I may be on the boat Tues. if it's a warm day...

Tuesday will be my last day. Unfortunately I had trouble equalizing during this afternoon's dive and now seem to have developed a case of reverse block. I really hope it clears up by tomorrow, otherwise I may have to resign myself to snorkelling

DAN Latin America: 919-684-9111 would be a good source. Your dive insurance should pay for a doctor's visit as a dive related injury. Or you can wait and see if you come down with a painful ear infection.
