So I'm headed to Bonaire for the first time. The diving (tons of it) is already booked. However, my wife wanted to book some non-diving surface activities. She booked us with "Bonaire Landsailing Adventures". I'd never heard of land sailing before, but it looks like wind sailing but you're on land in a small vehicle the size of a go-kart. It looks pretty badass!

Does anyone have any experience (positives or negatives) with this? I KNOW it isn't strictly a scuba topic, but it's not like I belong to a land sailing forum, haha.

I've seen the land sailing while there but never done it. Looks like fun for sure!

PS...... Off topic a bit...but since it's your first trip to Bonaire......I 'd highly recommend booking at least one day of diving with East Coast Divers....... you won't regret it!

Thanks for sharing our video @RIHappyDiver ! @sspadafo Landsailing is awesome! I drove by there for years and years thinking to myself “I really need to do that one day.” Liz and finally went landsailing in 2021 and absolutely loved it. I took my dive buddies there this past summer and they loved it too. I can’t recommend landsailing enough. If the wind forecast allows for an afternoon session, I recommend shore diving Weber’s Joy and Karpata in the morning, have lunch at Posada Para Mira in Rincon, then hit your landsailing appointment on the way back to K Town. Enjoy your trip!

My kids (23 to 26 YO) went last week and had a blast.

yeah well we've pretty much discovered everything and this looks a bit safer
