Most dive operators go to Lanai from Maui. Sorry to say, but an option might be to take the ferry from Lanai over to Maui to catch an operator out of the Lahaina area. I don't know the ferry schedule but most boats leave for Molokini and their morning trips at 6-7am. Afternoon dives leave around noon to 1pm getting back around 4-5pm. Good luck!
