get it $750k and you could actually turn a pretty good business out of it if you marketed it right though.
The best part of owning it is you could fire Errol and Kevin.
You would only be buying the land...not the business. Lake Rawlings LLC is just a tenant.

Sure, AFTER Errol bulldozes every improved structure on the property.
