Does anyone have a recent dive report on Lake Murray? We're looking to head thataways on the 20th (and would be glad to meet up with anyone who is interested). I know we'll have rain between now and then, but I'd be interested in knowing what it currently looks like, temp and vis wise.

I would make a bet that the Lake is still where it was the last time we were there Bill.
In addition, the Vis. below 40 feet is still pretty good even if light is somewhat (if not totally) limited. By that I mean you can still see your buddy's light from 5 feet away. Your buddy will be a ghost. Hopefully a friendly Ghost. It will be about 60 - 62 degrees on the bottom @ 99 feet.
The fish will be happy @ about 15-20 feet near the steel tower.
That should make for some good spear fishin' Tex.

I was there last weekend, max depth 35 feet, vis was around 1.5' to 2'
