I am speechless.

I realize that you blue water divers, and the other ones that spend most of their time diving in that glorified swimming pool down at Terrell have a hard time appreciating the finer attributes of exploring a real body of water, but I've had some really cool dives at Texoma. Found a really cool piece of petrified wood on the bottom, which I now have displayed in my office, and I also saw the biggest catfish I've ever seen. Probably pushing 45 to 50 lbs. And at 4 to 6 feet of dark viz, he was up close and personal. It was one of the coolest dives I've had so far in my 105 dives.

Hmmmm, Broken Bow or Texoma......

I would have to cave and say Broken Bow.....

If not for anything but the scenery.

I'm in for either day on Texoma. Or both. It's so close to my house we are flexible. Whichever day, we will be out there at say, 9ish or 10ish. For those that have never been, bring your light and be prepared for a trek up and down some steps. Other than that, it only costs 3 bucks to get in the gate. I'll bet Rhonda could be persuaded to make some brownies and have everyone stop by the house after, to check out our brand new Scuba Dragon Lair 2.0 We pick it up at the R.V. place this week.
