As some times happens, my dive buddy bailed out on me at 700am this morning. I am still irked about this one. So after loading the truck, I pointed it toward CSSP instead of Murray.

That cat had to be a flathead since it didn't have a v tail. I just haven't seen that coloring before on a cat. But then again, most of the time I've seen a one before was if it was out of it's element on the end of my hook. I'd probably look different if I was hanging by my lip from a hook took. I'm sure my color would fade....

Two bit:
I ran an Excel analysis spreadsheet. Yes. I am a nerd. I ran an analysis by examining total cost of gasoline for travel expenses and entry fees. Entry fees are defined as CSSP: $20; Murray: $0.

I did not include the cost of ice, sandwiches and drinks since those things are common to both destinations. $3 / gallon on gasoline is my break even point between CSSP and Murray.


Rhonda, the Kunk clan is always cool! Besides, you usually bring brownies

Are we cool enough for someone to come and dive Texoma with us next weekend??

It will probably be hot going up and down the steps, and it's sure to be crowded with swimmers, but Kunk35 has been itching to do it. So, I think we will be headed out there either Saturday the 16th or Sunday the 17th.

Anyone else who wants to come is welcome!
