Bought a rolling duffel - the Cozumel model - from them about 2 years ago. In the last
couple of months it suffered a series of issues: broken inside shell, broken zipper, "shell"
part of one handle slide detached leaving just the steel rod.
Called Stahlsac, sent it in, everything was fixed and back in my hands in under 2 weeks. :cool3:
My LDS owner told me they stand behind their products - boy do the ever! :grinbandit:
