Two for two on responsiveness and professionalism. This time, I had a few questions when my product arrived and they answered them promptly--like in less than an hour. On top of that, they reduced the shipping charges by a couple of bucks to the actual charge instead of the estimated FedEx charge their website quoted. Good job, guys.
