I got that, but the people that have posted have all either gone on or are planning on the 7 night trip, so I was wondering if they found 5 days of diving more than enough and the extra days on the longer trip might not be worth the money. Very subjective answers i'm sure, but.............

It's never enough.

To be serious, at any one time keep in mind that at any one time you will have a certain moon phase = currents or no currents, certain viz conditions, and you may or may not be feeling your best after a long trip.

Raja Ampat (and I guess Komodo) are great diving so why not longer?
