A 100 dives is good enough as long as you know how to be careful. I went to Komodo the 1st time with around the same experience level and went back again last year.

Cheers

My personal feeling is that the number of dives is not that relavent. Enjoyable diving with moderate currents (my caveat) depends on a good cruise director and dive guide(s), a good attitude and calmness underwater, and following simple instructions. Divers with 10-15 dives will be fine in current-rich Komodo, with a good guide, timing the dives correctly, and staying close to the guide.
