Question KM Exo 26 - how does the regulator attach?

If I can find one with the seal and spider in good condition then I want to try a conversion project. Unfortunately the blowapart drawings don't actually show how the regulator attaches - there doesn't seem to be any screws like on an Ocean Reef so is it a bayonet twist fitting or something else? Any help would be appreciated!

OK after doing a lot more reading of pdf's I have found the answer - there is a screw-on retaining ring that goes on the inside of the mask.

Next question - are there any differences in the plastic frames between the various different models/evolutions of the Exo 26?
