Some of the shops can get into Gulliver's off season, for ice courses, etc. Tri-City has an upcoming underwater tree trimming. But AFAIK, you can't get in for regular diving. Dean's diving has some pool time tomorrow (call the shop for details) and will have more over the winter. Or if you are really desparate, I think you can get in at Innerkip, although personally, I wouldn't dive there.

I live in Mexico and Toronto. I dived with Dan's Diving in Saint Cath, Ontario. They dive the Tiller Wreck this time of year with their boat. A friend of mine dived 2 wks ago w/them, visibility was 30msw + and the wreck was visibile from the surface almost, so give them a chance.
