Is there a good resource on different type of kick techniques?

frog kick
helicopter turns
backwards kick
flutter kick
dolphin kick

Here's a webpage you might find interesting. Don't be put off that it is about cave diving. Many of the alternate kicks are used in special situations. Not beating up a reef is also one of those situations, enjoy:
