Restricted means the dogs are not allowed on the ball park fields. Also you must clean up after your dog. Same rules as any other park.

If we get high winds yes the seaweed does wash up to shore. This year I have asked the maintenance guys to make sure they rake the beach on Thursday.
Cool, thanks Becky, my pups are always leashed and I always have poopy bags with me. 
It is still cool to take my pups swimming at Kawama, right? I didn't take them to the big beach, I took them to the one closer to the tower.
