Just found out I am going to be in Key Largo the last weekend in April and again the first weekend in May. Just wondering if any of the board members were going to be in the area?

Hey herman,
April's out and that wk'nd in May we'll be using our Fl. resident passes at Universal studios. This is just about the time we start our local diving.( spoiled ) Have a great time, have you done much diving out of Key Largo ?
You may want to check these people out, primarrily a six-pack, but do take walk ons.

Sorry we are going to miss each other. thanks for the suggestion on dive op. I was thinking of using Amy Slader (sp?) just because of her rep for the first weekend and scoping out others for the second. Any suggestions would be helpful. I am going to have a brand new diver with me so shallow reefs are all I am interested in. Avoiding a cattle boat is also a concern.

Herman,

I have a list of Key Largo operators on my website. There are links to the operator's homepages and comments from scubaboard members. I am currently leaning toward "Paradise" because I have 5 divers and "Paradise" will take us to non-Penekamp sites for spearfishing.

Click on my URL below, and follow the "Dive Documents" link to "Key Largo Boats."
