Sheridan Caverns. its a nice easy dive and offers some very impressive caverns that are very roomy to swim through. Last I was there too there was no current to speak of.
 
Yes, I agree Sheraton Caverns is the "signature dive" of Kauai. I always use SeaSport Divers in Koloa. They run a good boat. Dives are all led by a Dive Master.
