oxy, are all those cars parked on the curb "public parking" in front of your house and are beach goers who just park in front of your houses?

yes( mike s. ) that public parking , you might say parkings really bad, and on streetsweeping days it gets really bad ..

It gets worse, the view the other way is a restaurant, bank, and a market so people are always waiting to park.
