back on the subject of cats....

this was our 'little cat' Fuzz.... (she died of kidney failure last year).

In this shot, she's on guard duty making sure no one takes my regulator bag.

Awwwwww, what a pretty girl!! I lost an almost-20 year old cat to kidney failure last year, but I have two I adopted later who keep me company now.

I'm Baaaaaak And I see cats are still the subject. OK we have this orange tabby that earned the name DUDE before we got him home (he wouldn't quit LOUD meOWing). he hated being confined and let us know. He has since earned the name TRIPOD thanks to a fast car.
Here he is checking passwords and blocking popups.

I used to have a proble with one of my past cat chasing the mouse on the computer screen when I moved it. (He would nap on my desk in front of the screen often like yours above...

ACK! THIP! I just noticed you mentioned house and bought:11:
wHELL noooo, we po fok. can barely afford the rent:shakehead:
Doing the roommate thing in an appt.

When I lived in Harbor City rent was cheap and I had a big place w/garage and balcony. Cept gunfire made watching tv a bit rough. LAPD even shot a kid in my driveway so it's 6 of one and a half dozen of the other. pay little and can't walk down the street or pay a lot and can't park down the street.

one of the crazy things I remember about living in LA is the helicopter TV coverage of police chases.

There are prob 10 TV stations in town, and EVERY one of them has a helicopter. THen there are private/contract TV helicopters that sell video feeds....

so every time there is a car chase, they put it on EVERY channel in "picture in a picture" format. And everyone stops what they are doing and watches....

and since the OJ chase years ago when he got "slow" on the interstate and the cops slowed down behind him, it seemed that all the chases after that did the same thing... too funny...

The other funny thing I remember about LA is how people refer to the freeways. Every freeway name has an over emphasized he word "THAAAAAA" (The) in front of it. like THAAAA 405, or THAAAA 101.

directions usually include all of them. like this.
You take 'THAAAA' 405 up until you hit 'THAAAA' 101 and...

:rofl3:
