Yep. This is one of those off Fridays for us. (Yet I've been at work since 6:45 this morning. go figure....) I'm just glad that I'm not one of the folks that's been here since 9 or 10pm last night.... (Rocketman knows 'why' as I'm sure he's in the same boat...)

I'll make sure nothing happens to Mike. (He is giving me good advice!)

Actually there is 'the other side' or 'the dark side' of diving, but
I don't drink that Kool-Aid....

I like the way the "dark side" thinks, but I don't know about it 100% yet. (A few things I don't understand and don't agree with. (but that'sanother thread that's been done 46789870 times over. ))

Oh I like the way the "dark side" does a lot of things, but I think some of their stuff is just "anal-retentive-scuba"

Horse back riding is something I have always wanted to do. I have been planning on getting started for months and I finally had my first lesson today!! I am so excited I just had to share it with my dive buddies. Today I learned about horses, the gear and getting the horse ready to ride. He knows I scuba dive and he told me today that you can't just jump on the back of a horse and start riding. It would be the same as someone just putting scuba gear on and jumping in the water with no training.
