April 3, 2007 09:54 AM CDT

A woman is arrested for riding a horse while under the influence of alcohol.

40-year-old Melissa Byrum York allegedly used the horse to ram a Sylvania police car.

York is charged with seven counts, including possession of a controlled substance and cruelty to animals. After police tried to stop York, she allegedly tried to run and used the horse to ram a patrol car.
