So I see the U/W Photographer but haven't received the card and they had the old pic on the site.
No worries Buddy, We found you!!
I am just off the Phone with Lori From PADI, She explained to me that the screw up with your Dry-suit card screwed up everything and it all had to be redone, So it is going to take a week or two more for you to get The Photography as well, as they also had to make sure that your new Picture was used...

That Means they have processed it as she told me, Now You said the old pic is still on the site????
No wait, There should be No Problem with the picture on your Photo card as I sent A picture (The New One) Included with your pic Card Just to Make Darn sure there could be No Mistake!!
