Rocket & Jets are both make from rubber. They look somewhat alike. Rockets are one of the worst fins I've ever used. Jets are the best.

Rockets are upside-down Jets.

When comparing size to size (ie. M to M or Sm to Sm) Rocket fins are generally longer than ScubaPro Jet fins by a bit. They're also much stiffer.
Rocket fins also look subtly different from SP Jet fins.

The only upside to Rocket fins are their foot pocket is more modern, where as Jet fins have shoe sizes from the 1960's. For instance I wear a size small paddle fins. With SP Jet fins I have to wear a size Large.

Scubapro Jet fins only come in size M and up. You can find their sizing chart via their website, although it isn't too accurate. I was quoted a M, yet I can't fit it unless I downgrade from a size 8 to a size 7 bootie (my EXACT foot size, which is too snug) or a to a 3mm bootie-size 8(not happening where I dive).

Personally I'd choose OMS Slipstream fins over Rockets if the SP Jet fin doesn't fit. The Slipstreams are an exact copy of the Jet fins. They look identical. I've heard OMS Slipstreams are lighter (because they use a synthetic material rather than rubber) and a bit stiffer than SP Jets.
