I'm a Fish!
Hi Guys - my friends and I are planning a one week dive trip to the Philippines between Jan-Feb. Overall where would be the best location weather wise?

Dive companies love to say "all-year-round-diving" but there is always a best time. We don't mind loosing some visibility if the upside is more marine life but we don't want to be in a hurricane zone :)

We want a resort not a live-aboard or safari. We are all experienced divers 500+ dives worldwide so we need one 4 star resort with enough interesting diving to keep us amused for 5-6 days.

Many thanks for ideas
Happy Diving where ever the tides take you

That time of year is typically typhoon free.
It can be stormy but typically is pretty decent. I've had many trips during that same time frame and only one has been disturbed by heavy rain and wind so I moved last minute up to Anilao and got diving again.

What are you looking for in the way of diving? Anilao has some very highly rated macro critter diving.

Thanks for your help. Not crazy about macro stuff actually. A little ok but for a week diving there needs to be a mixture ideally. Some schooling species - walls - reefs - wrecks. A little of everything would be ideal. Am I asking too much?

Animal. Goodbye mixte of réel And macro. Avoir chinés New year
