thanks, everyone! it's supposed to stay until his ostomy operation, spring-ish, though if it leaks to the point that he's losing weight steadily, it's not worth it as long as he's eating enough the regular way...and he is! he's doing really pretty good with bottle feeding *and* rice cereal!

he's sitting in his bouncy right now, sticking his tongue out. it's a new skill.

yep, dec 1 he'll be a year old. very hard to believe! he's playing with mama & my grandmama right now.

the g-tube isn't quite as leaky. he's eating his bottles very well, though in smaller amounts frequently. that might be helping his leaking, though, because his tummy doesn't get quite as full. i hope the leaking stays at a low level. he lost a bit of weight with this & it would be nice to see him pick it back up.

he tried a bit of apple juice today. seemed ok with it!
