No snow here (yet). Sure a tad on the nippy side first thing in the morning, but still very pleasant.

NetDoc  FYI we just (this past weekend) switched the AC to "sleep mode". Be nice

But, I'm still looking for a buddy to dive Devil's Lake this Sunday... Water will probably be fine, but we'll hurry to the car.

I'll be more than ready for my dose in November :)

One of these days I'll have to get down to Devil's lake. I've seen it mentioned in others posts and has definitely got my curiousity up now, but I guess I'm too much of a :cluck: to try to dive it in these 40 degree weather.. brrrrrrrrrrrr

NetDoc et. al.,

No snow were in Miami. Still running the A/C. The water temp is still 84 F. Same old boring weather. Even Kyle decided to leave. Pretty windy though. Heck I'm sweating just writing this and the dog's tongue is hanging out.

It might get down to 70 tonight with about 85% humidity--so you'll be cool and sweaty.

I'm gonna wait for the real winter when it drops to 65!

Eat your hearts out.

Spoiled.

WisGal,

sure you don't want to give it a try? the air is colder than the water.

I may have considered it.. But I have a football game to be at tomorrow night and other obligations over the weekend. Sorry Paco.. I'll tell you what though.. in the next couple of weekends if the weather is decent I may be able to, provided we get that indian summer.. :)

This will be my first winter as a diver...I would like to let everyone know that if you live in Florida, Hawaii, the Caribbean or anywhere else where you can dive year round..in decent conditions....that I am extremely jealous.

Sure I could pay the 1000+ for a drysuit and learn how to be an ice diver, but thats just not my cup of tea.

I am seriously thinking of moving. After my upcoming Bonaire trip and then possible a trip to Bonne Terre..no diving for me till spring..although, i might take an extended weekend trip to Florida to do some dives.

You all suck!!! :D

But you'll be glad your missing it !
In England (London) our weather forecast looks something like this:

Max Temp: 11 Celsius / 51 Fahrenheit
Minimum: 5 Celsius / 41 Fahrenheit

This morning all I could see was rain and wind....this afternoon I can actually see the sky through the cold and the sun .... oh the sun !!! How I've missed you ! ;-0

At the end of September (last time I was near water) we had a water temp of around 10/50.

Eeeekkk!
