Hi

I am having issues with the finishing of the webbing sleeves that came with the DR harness that I bought recently from an authorised DR dealer and it is very disappointing.

The edges of all the webbing sleeves are so rough and badly finished (imho) that it causes abrasion and cuts on my wetsuit and rash guard in the torso area and on the back near the waist area(both sides) everytime i dive with my backplate n wings setup.

Is it possible for DR to provide me with better quality webbing sleeves in which the edges' finishing are much better/'smoother' and will not cut my exposure suits?

Attached with this post are some of the photos of the abrasion on my exposure suits caused by the sleeves and the rough edges on the sleeves:

Sorry to hear of the issues you are having.
Please call us or email for a replacement set of the tubular webbing sleeves.

Safe Diving,

Thanks so much and I appreciated it. I will email you guys about this soon. Thanks again. :)

Maybe it's just me, but I'd take a cigarette lighter to the edges to melt them and reshape them into something less angular.

Or send the whole shebang to Dive Rite and let their customer service take care of it.
