22-year-old Israeli tourist dies in Thailand diving accident

A 22-year-old Israeli woman died in a diving accident on the island of Ko Phi Phi while on vacation with her family in Thailand, the Foreign Ministry announced on Sunday.

The Foreign Ministry said its consulate in Bangkok was arranging for the woman’s body to be flown back to Israel for burial.


The woman’s name was not released for publication.

The local diving comity is pretty hush hush when ever it comes to details of an accident, a lot of people have told them off for it.

Local forums here cant say much other than speculateץ

Also, because it happened in Thailand it will be much harder to conduct a proper investigation
