Some great news coming out of Marawi City as the army have killed the 2 terrorist leaders that took over parts of Marawi City in Mindanao. The president has said that the city has been liberated but there are still a few bad guys left to clean up. The battle has gone on for over 4 months and has destroyed parts of the city. There has been just over a thousand people killed including over 150 army personal.
Lets hope that they can rebuild the city quickly and everybody can live in peace again. I have heard that there has been cancellations to some dive resorts all over the Philippines since this happened. I hope that this good news will erase peoples fears about coming to the Philippines.
