Need to know if 85ft in 30-35sec is a good time?

Should i slow it down?

Is there a set time (average) per ft?

Your thoughts on this. Thanks.

P.s. I just started freediving. Is that product "expand-a-lung" any good or is it a waste of money??

its a meter a sec or 3 feet a sec on the way down and on the way back up
thats good depth but make sure yoiu have a buddy to do safty (pushing depth with no safty=death)
expand a lung is junk! just dive more and make sure your chest is nice streeeeeeeeeched out before you dive
