Hi everyone. I'm new to this site so please forgive me if I'm asking a stupid question.
My boyfriend has just bought me a Scubapro Pacific Pro Steamer 7mm and shortie as my first wet suit. I'm really thrilled because I like the look of the suit and I want the warmth and flexibility of the 2 suits.
What I'm concerned about is how difficult it is to get on. It's a size small and I've read all the sizing charts for Scubapro suits and for my measurements the small should be right. Medium would be too big round my hips and waist.
When I tried it on I couldn't pull it into the right place on my my legs or my arms. It doesn't feel like it's too tight in those areas but just won't pull into the right place. Its the calf and ankle area that gets stuck and the wrist area. I've hurt my knuckles trying to do it.
Does this mean the suit is too small or should I use some sort of lubricant. The body part of the suit fits perfectly. And the shortie is easy to put on even though the hoo's going to take some getting used to.
I'd appreciate any opinions you may have.
