Is Mares accepting any dealership applications?

There is no link on the website to request dealership information, nor is there any information regarding initial purchases. I've been told (many years ago) that initial purchase was to the tune of 10k to 15k and that the shop would have to sell Mares gear either "primarily" or "exclusively". Anyone know about this?
