Is it a new DiveX Blacktips shaft seal?

Is it a new version of DiveX Blacktip shaft seal? No Pac-seal any more? Is it truth?
I posted this question to DiveX scooter group, and be blocked immediately without a reason!
So someone did the dirty things on the shaft seal? And eliminate any question on the shaft seal?

and my pool pump has one of those but I don't have a pool just the pump, and an ocean

Not sure what youre trying to ask.
The BT still uses a pac seal shaft seal.
