I can't read the numbers on the gauges, but if those are factory gauges, your third stage intake valve isn't sealing.
Stage 1 40psi
Stage 2 560psi
Stage 3 1400psi
Stage 4 1400psi

Stage 1 40psi
Stage 2 560psi
Stage 3 1400psi
Stage 4 1400psi
That changes things. Fourth stage intake valve is likely bad.

I think i need to find a manual for the 4S25 before I get in too deep. Any advice on where to get one?

I have parts list and full work shop manual for 4s25 block.

system is not the same.

Lets opine a worst case scenerio. If the 4S25 Hamworthy block is not saveable and replacing it with a bauer block. What block would you recomend to pair up with this 1800 rpm 15hp 3ph motor. Also is such a block avalible complete with cooling lines. Lets assume we keep the current coalescor tower, purification towers and purge, drain system. So block, flywheel, cooling coils, with oil and temp sensors.

What cost, avaliablility, and level of difficulties are we looking at. I am a mechanically inclined person with a full metal fab, machine shop in my back yard.

As my brother has always told me. "Nothing a dose of cash wont fix"! :)

I would bolt a new MCH36 on. It was a K15 replacement pump and is a very good pump for the price.
A k15 is an excellent pump and I have one here in Detroit for $3k complete. Only downside to the K series is age. Bauer end of lifed them a long time ago. Rebuild and maintenance is easy but once you need iron, you are scrambling for used parts or ordering that MCH36 to bolt in.

Mch36 sounds expensive $$$. North of 10k for the block I imagine. I am likely going to take a whack at fixing the Hamworthy I own and then decide if i am keeping the trailer or not.
