Hi All!

A good friend just passed away and he left me all of his diving equipment. He was an instructor back in the 80’s and 90’s and had a lot of equipment. Much of it is no good anymore but he also had an American Bristol Fresh Air compressor MAC-1045.

I can’t find anything online or in the Scubaboard forums. I’m looking for any help in finding a manual or background on this model compressor as well as if it is still usable. Thanks for any help.

All of it is no good anymore
There I fixed it for you.

American Bristol ceased business in 2002 when Chuck Lamoreaux retired and sold to Scott Health & Safety. He died twenty years later in 2022 at 89. But as the compressor blocks and spare parts were manufactured in UK England by Bristol Pneumatic and when they ceased manufacture before mobile phones the internet or Google the existing stock of blocks in the USA is all your left with and all your going to get.

Thanks for the info! Not sure it is worth the investment to get it running again.
