by essentially, I mean - is similar to, but not necessarily a legal contract. We as scubaboardians are "bound" by the TOS which is in essence the constitution of the board. I'm using metaphor.lamont:I'd be really surprised if the scubaboard TOS didn't legally amount to a statement that there's a bunch of ways you can expect to be treated on scubaboard, but that all rights are reserved by scubaboard and you may be treated differently. I'd be a little bit shocked if the TOS actually conferred legal rights on members beyond what the legal system gives them by default...
