you are being told over and over again that you have a communications problem. what you do in the back is not translating to the members up front.

what you do with that information is up to you. you can dismiss it (as it appears you are doing) or you could think about it and see if it makes sense to do anything about it.

Look nobody is asking for my opinion on how to manage a business but since I have nothing else to do right now..... How you are perceived is terribly important - especially if you want to further this board - if that is what you are truly committed to doing. Sitting back and ignoring the user/problems is a bad business practice.

Recently, to my mortification, I was banned from viewing a particular user. Besides not being able to view the user's posts I was not allowed to view any thread they had started or any post by any person in the thread. The reason I bring this up is that I was not informed of this punishment. It just happened. I didn't run off and start a thread or anything - as it is kind of the way things get done often times around here. Now after a long period, I did finally ask it be lifted, as it seemed as though it would have gone on forever.
