I'll rephrase my question. Is there normally a "meeting" of MODs before a banning is decided or can one MOD alone ban without consulting other staff members?


All bans to contributing members are discussed first. Input is sought & majority opinion usually wins. no decision is unilateral except drive by spammers who are simply permabanned on sight. (i.e. cell phone ads)
 
You mean you don't want to hear about the special deal I have on the Nokia 5700 right now? :D
