personally i feel that 1 or 2 good mods were sacked recently while some mods with their own hangups are still here

sometimes its best to rule with a soft voice rather than a heavy hand & a slapdown

I think people should be banned without explanation, at any time, for any reason. It just makes life more interesting.

Oh, and it would probably have the added side benefit of increasing world productivity amongst divers.

Mods, we know that y'all are have too much time on your hands, and way too little self-esteem - but try to grasp this: delete any post that you want for any reason and shut up about it. Oh, and try to go diving once in a while...

Which they did notice 2 posts later. My only gripe is that he/she was sacked with this vacation. I KNOW that he/she would have removed the offensive post, or at least softened it, had someone simply asked them. That's all... as I've said, it seems a little heavy handed.
