...you should be about to remove the IBIS tool bar from
control panel -> add/remove programs

Then, you should get the latest versions of Ad-Aware and SpybotS&D, install them & check them for updates, then clean your system.

Also, make sure that you have an up-to-date anti-virus program installed on your computer and give it a full scan. If you don't have one, check out AVG Free Edition...

If you have a broadband (cable/dsl) connection to the internet, I recommend using a router for its natural hardware firewall properties, even if you only have one computer connected. This will shield you from hackers a LOT more than a software firewall.
