are sea cows - just like the Manatee.

They eat sea grass are lovingly harmless, very shy creatures!!

Yeah....looks just like the manatees we have here. Just cleaner and less hairy and not marked with scars (poor buggers:( ) and it doesn't have the perpetual glob of green veggie stuff comming out of its mouth.

Thanks for the picture. Are they located just in the Pacific Islands? Are they endangered (or what kind of research is done on them)?
 
Jersey once bubbled...
I recall from bio class sharks are immune to cancers, artheritis & a host of other degenerative diseases.
i remember from some trivia question.......arent the only bones in sharks their jaw/teeth? and isnt arthritis when your cartilidge degenerates and your bones rub together? has anybody ever seen a shark skeleton? However, my conception of arthritis is probably not all to scientific....any thoughts?
