my technician tells me we had a few hundred thousands left to spend in last year's budget... realizing everthing important was covered it was time to purchase "toys"... well hehehehehehe i ordered a "toy"... can't believe it was actually approved too

as soon as it freakin' arrives (some idiot messed with the bidding against the sole distributor and caused a failed bid... ergo delays) i am going diving! then soon we'll have videos as well as stills of DOR dives hehehehe
